note: the quality is a bit subpar for this one the phones kept cutting out during the podcast. Also I did a quick edit on this one to get it up as soon as possible so there might be some mistakes in the editing (but I dont think there was any in this podcast so I was able to quick edit it)

Listening to the podcast & all I can say is, "Man, I wish I was involved in this!" Loftin said that we had good players last year but we didn't win games....hmmm...wonder why....attitudes of certain players? And again, playcalling in the RZ comes down to execution. If a guy is open, but the players don't execute, then who is at fault.

I forgot...long week....I've been off for a month & actually had to work this week.

And Loftin, there is no "sure thing" in football...even Lane isn't a sure thing. Keep in mind, Fran's got isn't to keep people from being frustrated...its to call plays that SHOULD work...and the plays that he called should've worked, the players just didn't execute!

Good Show Matt, John & Loftin. I have had a great time so far this year listening in. Definitely some technical issues on this one because at first I was thinking something was wrong with my iPod. However, I totally understand the technical issues and learning new software.

I also wanted to say I appreciate the insight to Men's B-Ball during this Podcast. I started paying attention way too late last season. Although I don't get a lot of time to participate on these boards I really think you guys run a fantastic site. I have been telling all my relatives and friends to check Aggiefans.com out. Never been to TexAg but I don't really care to at this point.

Keep'em coming. I just picked up a 2nd Gen iPod Shuffle so listening will be easier than ever.

well the technical issues will go away once we get everybody with headsets. The issues we are having is I have to use my computer to record the conference call and it has to "digitize" everybodies voices and you rarely get a good connection with phones between just 2 cell phones let alone 3 in a conference call.

Eventually the goal is to get everybody to just use the computer and we will sound as good as all the other podcasts but until a few days ago vly did not have high speed internet. We still dont know if he has enough of a connection to do the calls from his computer (since his provider is somewhat high latency and the most important thing for seamless call is low wait between voices (which is latency).

But the connection has always been more or less perfect talking computer to computer which is what we hope to get going. But since we are talking computers to 3 cell phones its causing problems.

For the record, John stole all my insights about Aggie Basketball. Everything he said was pretty much a paraphrase of what I said before we started recording.;)

Would newbies really know what "rep" is either? I used that symbol since it's the same as the one under your user name and figured the uninformed user would investigate by clicking on the icon (which explains it a little further).
