The IE Errors here have been fixed

I finally found the error that was causing that warning to appear here in IE6/7. You can blame it on vlyrock... it was the google ad cauing the error and having it commented out so I just removed it completly since we arent even using it atm (and before vly gets mad i copied the text into a file so you dont have to look it up again). Next on my list is the logging in issue from the front page.

as yes im as bored as hmiles at work ;)

but we are now 100% compatible with every browser i have tried (firefox, opera, ie) with no errors anywhere (better than texags can say)
