No doubt.... on that play everyone should've been thinking "great we got some yards but wtf kinda throw was that?

I give McGee a ton of credit though... .with a bum arm.. that throw isn't easy to begin with.. & with some of the LATE HITS he took, he is still my favorite QB.

I was thinking at the time...damnit lead him a bit better and let's get the TD!

Then after seeing the replay he threw it as far as a hurt shoulder would go and threw it to the right part of the field....dead center with a ton of air under it. That gives the WR a chance to run under it and with no deep safety basically ensures it hits his guy in the hands.

We see the ball go to the outside so many times by many QB's going for the perfect pass that will basically net a TD or an incompletion. If he doesn't throw that ball to the middle of the field with his ailing arm then it probably lands out of bounds.
