To be back on topic, i think it all depends on who gets for assistants. He needs a good hitting instructor. I don't know who he knows or Byrne knows, but we need to get them none the less

I think Childress will do just fine. Keep in mind that next season will be the "transition" year. So I would not get overly excited-yet.
