This weekend is a must win situation. Not because of our conference ranking or bowl positioning, but because I am getting married next year to a baylor grad. I can't think of anything worse than listening to her tell me how baylor won for the next year. Simply a strain our relationship does not need. Keep me in your prayers and Gig'em Ags.

BTHO of baylor!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:cheers:Congrats on getting hitched!!!!!! :gig:
He has a good point. The first year of marriage is the most important. It's a time when you need to have the least amount of stress and strain on your marriage.
That being said. BTHOBU!!!!!

You know the old joke about "Baylor Grads"?
An old Ag is in a bar talking with a stranger and the topic of Baylor University comes up.
The old Ag says, "Ya know, there's only two type of Baylor grads, hookers and football players!"
The stranger bows up and says "I'll have you know my wife is a Baylor grad!"
The old Ag smiles and asks "What position did she play?":wow:

I understand your logic, but FYI, all the games are must win.
Good luck with the future wife.

I realize that all of our games are a must win, but this one carries a little extra weight at home.
Also, I am proud to say that my fiancee is neither a hooker or a football player. I like what someone else recently told me. Baylor is a good girls school. They produce some of the best Aggie wifes. (This came from my high school basketball coach who is also married to a baylor grad).
I appreciate everyone's support and see you in Waco.

Just wanted to thank all 12th Man that helped us pull out a victory last weekend in Waco. I am happy to report the ride home was very pleasant and things are good on the home front. Looks like the wedding is still on. Gig'em and BTHOou!

Well that's good to hear. Hopefully your marital status will remain unchanged after future A&M/Baylor games. :D

When you take your vows & the pastor ask, "Do you take this woman....blah, blah, blah?" You should respond with, "Scoreboard!!! I mean, 'I do!'"

a win this week takes above the Cotton Bowl.

A win this week just about guarantees the Holiday Bowl, but not the Cotton bowl yet.
