I'm thankful I finally quit really caring about the NFL. Otherwise I'd be miserable tonight.

If I owned this team, Parcells would be retired tomorrow.

I feel like they're always almost ready to break out

Such is the NFL. Bad to average teams can always look like that because there are so few truly good teams.

The only reason most teams win in the NFL week to week is because somebody has to lose.

I think that's the reason Parcells just can't get it done. Because mediocre teams CAN have success, he's trying to win in the league TODAY with a mediocre team. He's given up on actual development.

He needs to go.

I quit caring when Jerry Jones bought the team and dishonored Tom Landry. Dam.n foreigner.

Glad I'm not working tonight. Lots of violence going on tonight in SA after a Cowboy loss.

Actually I transferred to Monte Vista (Live and work there) so we are pretty quiet but I have 5 years working SA's West Side.

"West SIIIIDDDDEEEEE!"

West of what? Unless I take I-10, I usually catch 410 North from Hwy 90 unless I'm going downtown.
There are lots of new homes going up on 90, west of 1604 which I find pretty odd, but as Castroville is now a suburb I don't see the west side as being too dangerous, but your point of reference must be different.

Yeah, you are waaaayyyyy off. I'm talking about up Culebra close to Fredericsburg. It's a warzone. I'm pretty sure you probably never ventured to far off the highway into that area. We averaged about 10-20 stabbings and shootings a month and about 8-10 working fires. Not to mention just every day general assault and battery. That place sucks.

Now, in Monte Vista, where the average home is 600k to a million our average calls are just picking up nice ol' ladies off the floor. Not I have some serious xbox and nap time. Plus we reguarly sleep all night. If they wake us up in the middle of the night it's usually a fire but now we only have about 4 or 5 of those a month and usually never in our district so we are never "first in" anymore. Pretty sweet gig nowadays. If i'm working on Saturday, it's a good bet I can watch all the games without too much interuption.

Well, we'll be at the orthodontist in Castle Hills on Friday and stopping off at 151 & 410 to shop a bit.......I'll try to stay out of trouble ;)

I would give up on Bledsoe before I gave up on Parcells. But before I gave up on Bledsoe I would fire their O line. Those guys were horrible last night.

The O line was bad...Bledsoe was bad (two weeks in a row now?). Romo managed to move the ball...but gave it away too often.

That was a sorry performance. Jones is not putting a good product on the field right now.

Bledsoe will be gone after this year...but they'll bring in another crippled veteran to take his place. Romo might improve with some actual playing time, getting to know the receivers, etc.

Does anyone think, like me, that the QB position is Romo's to lose at this point, and he will start next Sunday night?

They should of released Drew my slow ass ball holding to long Bledsoe and went out and got Drew Brees when he was a free agent. Also they should of taken Reggie McNeal as a future QB.

is it really ALL his fault though? Sure he stands around too much & has moves around like he's attached to a catheter...
but his o-line is really pitiful. I think that was proven by the much more mobile Romo, getting sacked several times as well.

No excuse to have the best Wr in the game and also have some other top notch Wr's and a good ground game and play bad on offense. He just can't get it done and romo is not ready to take over because he forces his throws just like bledsoe. Romo might be more mobile but can't read a defense yet and makes rookie mistakes. Drew brees was the answer but Dallas didn't do what they needed to make it happen.

should have kept keyshawn & brought in brees? It has to be one or the other. But agree that Brees would have been a good move (in hindsight).
Also though, w/o a good line, your offense falls apart, all you can do is screen passes.
