This will let you use IE7 and get to Aggie All Access:

Has anyone else tried to use this workaround and log onto all access? I loaded it and ran it, but still got the error.

Oh by the way i fouond a way to use all access, and have ie7 running. You have to download a stand-alone version of ie6.
