speaking of games this week, clemson vs. temple...the spread is 44 points...who are you taking? :confused:

I think Clemson covers that. I'm personally not betting on it so I can't say, "I'm putting my money where my mouth is" but if I was forced to bet I would say Clemson. They are the real deal and I think they could put close to 50 points on the board against Temple.

Exactly. Which is why I'm not betting on it. I always usally pick the dog but this time I don't think Temple will keep up.

Looking at how good Clemson is on offense, and how Temple is so bad (including two 62 point losses), I like Clemson against the spread.

Auburn didn't cover the 40+ spread against buffalo a couple of weeks ago, so you never can tell in games like this

Spread is too high to make a good pick. Clemson is a running team so I think they put together some long drives with will bring down the score. THey will win by 5+ touchdowns, but I don't know if they cover when they are up by so much going into the 4th.

I think another reason to lay off is the fact that clemson plays georgia tech the next week. No doubt clemson takes the game easily, but with the big game coming next week, Bowden may lay off and keep injuries from happening if clemson gets up big early.

especially with the new clock rules, its hard to believe that temple has had not one but TWO 62 point losses, but with clemson a primarily running offense, that will take more time off the clock
