Look, at the end of the day those are dogs, not people.
And if this lady is showing disrespect, she's not showing any more than I read yesterday on Texags about Bevo.
The Ags have prided themselves on capturing and mistreating their rivals' mascots for years. It's only fair to expect the same kind of respect from your rivals you give to them. It's no different than expecting your guests to treat Kyle Field as a sanctuary while at the same time taking extreme pride in cutting the Horns out of the field at DKR Memorial.
I wouldn't have taken the stupid picture, because I don't care. But after reading a fair number of derogatory comments about Bevo all day yesterday, it seems weird to me that anyone could be that offended. A mascot's a mascot.

1) It's been a while. Mainly because people just don't do that sort of thing anymore. But isn't it Aggie legend (one that Aggies proclaim with great awe and respect) that Bevo got his name from being branded by the Aggies?

Look at the shadowss of the posts. The cow has no shadow. If there is one it was put there, but it should be as dark as the posts and chains. she looks a little out of proportion also.
