What happened to the User CP link on the toolbar?

It's in Quick links. I guess Jag didn't think it was necessary to have it up there in two locations.

yeah it wasnt needed to have it in 2 locations and the news link replaced it (when i added the news link everything was too squished) so i needed to remove something and since we already have usercp it was the logical choice.
