sloooow....i have an email account there (through my parents old account). It seems like 500 pages are loading at once at all times...the only way to get around it is to download the useless aol software

Get gmail instead. It's the best thing out there IMHO.

i have gmail...aol is my junk mail account, i use it for website stuff, but it still needs to be checked

gmail is GREAT! esp. with the notifier icon on the bottom right and the search features.

It pops up and tells you you have new mail whever someone sends you something:

thanks for that...thats a cool little feature...I'm going to have to see if it works for multiple gmail accounts (I now have three)

Yeah, it just works for the account you are signed into at the time.

Our firewall here blocks all webmail sites. Luckily, I have a laptop with a cellular wireless card, so I can check my hotmail and gmail if I really need to! :)
Plus, check up on fantasy football throughout the day.
