Admin question?

Is there anyway you guys can increase the time until automatic logout?

Is an hour too long? If I'm posting and stop to go talk to my wife for a few minutes it logs me out.:(

If I let my brower sit it logs me out. I'm not sure what the length of time is but it's pretty short.

Are you putting a check box in the "remember me" box when you sign in? If you aren't, I think the time out is 15 minutes of inactivity. We don't want to increase it because then it creates false stats at the bottom about who's logged in and how many guests, etc....

That's probably why. I don't do that with sites that require passowords because I don't want someone to come behind me and get access to private accounts.

That could actually be really bad if someone stole my password for this site. Someone coudl go ban crazy or change all the stuff on the front page :D

same with mine and vlys accounts too. but the really bad one would be the main admin acct... you could cause all kinds of problems with that account. good thing we have a very good password for that account. ;)
